I started working on F1 Manager 2022 in late 2020, building it up all the way from those early days to release. It was my first experience developing professionally on Unreal Engine, and quickly got up to speed. My involement included:
- Implementing full gameplay loops for several game systems.
- Utilising UE4 to make gameplay systems easily tweakable and balancable by design.
- Iterating on designs following feedback from playtests.
